Nico Santos was born on the 7th of April, 1979 in Manila, Philippines and he was born to both Filipino parents, he and his family relocated to the United States of America after he turned 16 years old, they lived in Gresham, Oregon, right from his early days as a child, Santos always displayed feminine behaviors and he also had a lot of interest in films and it was one of his aunties who was an actress that influenced him into wanting to become a Television star just like her.

Santos attended the Gresham’s Centennial High School, he later enrolled at the Southern Oregon University and it was while at the University that he began to appear in a lot of Theatre production and also starred in a few musicals, Santos’ father didn’t agree with much of his ideas and therefore didn’t want him to become an actor but his mother was very supportive.
