Before starting the machine, we must make sure that all the preparatory work is ready, such as: whether the power supply is connected, whether it can work normally? The preparation of the test cup dyeing solution, the cup lid is tightened? Is there any water leakage? wet resistance tester ; guarded hot plate.
Open the movable door, turn the power switch from OFF to ON, put the prepared dyeing cups, wipe the water on the surface of the cups, adjust the frequency conversion knob to the suitable position, then press the pointing button, load the dyeing cups into the cup cage in order and close the movable door
The cooling selector knob is set to the position of automatic gear for the automatic control mode, the programmable temperature control system carries out the heating rate, holding time, cooling rate, the whole process can be automatically controlled, and there is an alarm function after the work is finished.
After the whole process is finished, please put on the high temperature gloves, open the movable door (it is better to let the cooling fan reduce the temperature inside the box to below 90 degree Celsius and then open the movable door), press the pointing button, take the dyeing cups out from the cup cage in order, and put them into the cooling pool for rapid cooling, it must be cooled down sufficiently before you can open the lid of the cups, or else you will be scalded by the high-temperature liquid inside the cups.
If you need to stop the machine, please turn the power switch from ON to OFF and cut off the main power switch.
